Strays in the Street

No, I’m not talking about me when I’m lost in the city (though, I could be classified as one because I have no home at the moment).

There are a lot of stray dogs and cats around here. They are so cute and I just want to take them “home” and feed them but know that won’t happen. I miss my little Snickers. I’ve even had dreams about her – is that weird? Just look at her! Last I heard she was doing well. I find little pieces of her fur on my clothes once in a while and I smile. My parents tell me that this happens to them from time to time too when they’ll find my long red hair somewhere in the house. 🙂 It’s the little things…

    Dear Melissa,
Thanks so much for sending me this link to let me know what you are doing. It is very interesting and I’m looking forward to trying some of the new recipes. Thanks also for letting me find out about your mom. She sounds very sick, I am also concerned. I’m thinking about traveling up there to see her. But, anyway, Snickers is very cute. Where is her staying while you are out of the country? I’m sure he is being well looked after. I plan to keep up. Love this website!

Thanks Aunt Mary! Good to hear from you. Snickers is staying with a neighbor of mine in the Seattle area while I’m away. I don’t know if it’s necessary at this point to make a trip there. I’m sure my dad can fill you in best on that. I’m not too concerned at this point…we’ll see what happens. I’m trying to stay positive! Glad you enjoy the website. I post things every day or two (at least I try!). 🙂

There is certainly something about our creatures that hold our hearts :). Have you made a decision about your wonderful beach and school? I am loving your blog and adventures so much.
