    Oh, I love you for posting these recipes…..I’m so jealous of the cooking classes you are taking….must be amazing to learn Italian dishes from true Italians, while in Italy, with all of the amazing fresh ingredients! I think the key is probably all of the fresh ingredients! What you are doing and experiencing is just so cool for lack of a better word. I am in awe of you….don’t know if I would have the courage to go to a foreign country by myself….but what rewards for doing so! I hope you are really enjoying everything! I am loving reading about all of your adventures! XO

      Thanks Stephanie! I’m glad you’re enjoying it! I plan to keep up on the recipes when I have some more time too. They are delicious! I’m very visual so this will help me a lot to do it on my own when the time comes.
